The new company headquarters of MAGURA Bosch Parts & Services GmbH & Co. KG (MBPS) is located in the “Großer Forst” industrial estate in Nürtingen – on a 30,000 m² site that boasts a modern and sustainable design.

MBPS, the European service and trade organization behind the premium components of the MAGURA and Bosch e-bike brands, focuses on innovative solutions and covers the full range of service requirements for both brands with its over 170 associates at four sites in Europe.

The centerpiece of the new headquarters is a building measuring around 9,200 m², which houses administration, service and logistics under a single roof and can be extended by two further building axes, should the need arise. The open offices are flexible, offer spacious meeting rooms and feature roomin-room systems for meetings.

The staircase in the foyer adopts the same modern architectural style as the exterior.

Sustainability is an integrcated part of the concept: Daylight floods the workspaces adjacent to the façade. High-quality materials ensure efficient insulation, reducing energy requirements. Hybrid ventilation makes use of the building’s thermal mass to provide natural nighttime cooling. Water-towater heat pumps and 96 geothermal boreholes supply heating and cooling.

A photovoltaic system on the green roof delivers up to 550 kWp of solar power, providing sustainable energy at the company headquarters in Nürtingen. The sustainable concept even extends to the exterior space: The parking lot with 180 parking bays offers e-charging stations for cars and bicycles, and the green spaces are irrigated with rainwater.

The building meets the “KfW 40 EE” standard and scores points thanks to its particularly low primary energy requirements. Logistics moved in at the end of 2023, followed by the final move-in in May 2024 – just one year after laying the foundation stone. The result: A company headquarters that combines sustainability with a modern working environment.
